Safety Vinyls combine a safety aspect with all the normal benefits of vinyl flooring – easy cleaning, smart appearance and durability.

A solid polymer ‘aggregate’ is incorporated in the softer vinyl material, level with the smooth surface. Under the weight of, say, a normal human footstep, vinyl surfaces compress slightly – leaving the tougher material protruding, forming an automatic grip profile.

When the weight is removed, the surrounding vinyl fills the gaps again, leaving a smooth surface for cleaning.
